The Girls   News    Construction Update   Pictures	Meet the girls   Ditima is from Dhading district of Nepal. She is 8 years old. She is very smart and has picked up English very quickly. Ditima wants to be an artist. She was promoted early to third grade because of her quick learning. Guna Shree is from Humla district of Nepal. She is 8 years old. Her older sister has already “disappeared”. She is smart, feisty, energetic, and curious. Sukita is from Lumbini. She is 7 years old. Her mother has left the country. Before she came to Dhamma Moli she was helping him clean public bathrooms and fixing meals for her father and brother (at age 7!). Tushita is from Humla district of Nepal. She is 7 years old. Tushita is kind and thoughtful. Her metta practice has already affected her interactions with others. One day her teacher seemed sad. She went up to him and asked him if he was sad. She said she will practice metta for him that he should not be sad. The teacher was so surprised by this that he went over to Dhamma Moli to inquire what the girls were learning.
