| Sukita is from Lumbini. She was 7 years old when
she came to live with the sisters. Her mother has left the country.
Before she came to Dhamma Moli she was helping him clean public
bathrooms and fixing meals for her father and brother (at age
7!). She's now 13 and in grade 5. |
Tushita is from Humla district of Nepal. She
was 7 years old when she came to DhammaMoli. Tushita is kind
and thoughtful. Her metta practice has already affected her
interactions with others. One day her teacher seemed sad. She
went up to him and asked him if he was sad. She said she will
practice metta for him that he should not be sad. The teacher
was so surprised by this that he went over to Dhamma Moli to
inquire what the girls were learning. Tushita is now 13 and
in grade 5. |

| Ditima was from Dhading district of Nepal. She
was 8 years old, very smart. She was very quick to pick up English,
and wanted to be an artist. Unfortunately, Ditima had to leave
due to the wishes of her parents. We miss her dearly. |
Guna Shree was from Humla district of Nepal.
She was 8 years old. She was smart, feisty, energetic, and curious.
Guna Shree also had to leave due to the wishes of her parents.
We miss her dearly. |
